Fulton Found is committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably from our base in Culpeper, VA, directly to your doorstep within the continental USA.

Shipping Destinations

  • Within the USA: We ship to all states within the continental USA.
  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Additionally, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Order processing is typically 2-3 business days. if you do not receive any updates regarding your order, please contact support at info@fultonfound.com 
  • Each order can only be shipped to one address. We cannot split an order to ship to multiple addresses. You are welcome to place separate orders with different addresses.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Items: Shipping charges for standard items and merchandise are displayed and selected during the checkout process.
  • Special Items: Items that are overweight, oversized, or require special packaging or handling will incur additional charges. These charges will be communicated and confirmed with you before your order is shipped.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Free for orders over $175 (subtotal). Standard rates apply for orders below this amount.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Rates and options depend on the delivery address and are presented during checkout.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Promotions: From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions do not apply to end-of-season, closeout, or sidewalk sale events. Any such promotions will be clearly marked and available during the checkout process.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, additional shipping and handling charges, and purchases of gift certificates and gift cards do not count towards the qualifying amount for free shipping.
  • Eligibility: The order total after any discounts must exceed the free shipping threshold to qualify. This offer is not valid for cash, and previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.
