Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate

Location: Fulton Found, Culpeper, VA

Position Type: Part-Time

Hourly Rate: $14/hr


We're looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our team at Fulton Found in Culpeper, VA. As a Sales Associate, you'll be an integral part of our small, close-knit team, providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect items. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the store
  • Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory and restock products as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in regular training sessions to maintain knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
  • Help with events & promotions as needed
  • Processing & pricing new arrivals
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Move supplies weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • A team player who can follow established procedures while actively contributing to the development of new ones.
  • Basic math skills for precise transaction handling.
  • Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Interest in masculine fashion or outdoors gear is a plus
