Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing and Inventory Specialist to work directly with Botanical Dwellings and Fulton Found as a crossover employee. This role is crucial in keeping our inventory up-to-date, efficiently processing new inventory, and enhancing our sales through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing:
    • Collaborate closely with shop managers of Botanical Dwellings and Fulton Found to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each store's unique needs.
    • Manage and develop content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and potentially TikTok.
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Constant Contact.
    • Update the website seasonally and maintain a regular schedule for social media and email marketing.
    • Utilize graphic design skills, preferably with experience in Canva, to create engaging content.
    • Mimic and evolve our current brand voice in all marketing endeavors.
    • Bring photography skills or a strong interest in developing photography skills for content creation.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Input new merchandise details with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Schedule and manage inventories, process damages, and ensure efficient stock management.
    • Work under deadlines, both independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
    • Preferred experience with Shopify.
  • In-Store Responsibilities:
    • Work at least once a week in one of our stores to stay informed about policies and processes.
    • Coordinate with the shop manager for content creation and scheduling.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in web/email marketing.
  • One year of experience in retail or inventory management.
  • Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
  • Graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva.
